Free Fonts Family Optima Font Family is the humanist sans-serif typeface. It was designed by Hermann Zapf and it was published by D. Stempel AG foundry, Frankfurt, Germany in 1958.
After the release of this font, it gained much popularity which is the reason that this typeface was compared with Garamond font.
